Nir Perets Biography 

Nir Perets has specialized in residential real estate, pre-construction and development sales locally in South Florida since 2001.  Known in real estate circles for his vision, energy, and ability to direct the sales and marketing of high-end residential condominium & condo-hotel projects, his achievements on behalf of major developers are unprecedented in the industry. An ability to assemble, train, and motivate talented sales teams has created consistent value for the major developers who have employed him during his 13 years in the industry.  

Most recently Nir was given the challenge to reposition the Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach asset and was instrumental in generating renewed interest that fueled absorption of all remaining inventory in excess of $370,000,000. In addition Perets has handled the resale efforts at the property and has generated more than $180,000,000 of sales.     

With a strong track record in organizational administration and the skill to manage several projects simultaneously, he has overseen the entirety of Majestic Properties development division and in his tenure as Vice President of Developer Accounts, the stellar growth of the company was recognized by INC 500 Magazine as the fastest growing, privately held, full service real estate company in the United States by 2006. His portfolio of sales success in new development projects encompasses traditional residential condominiums from all spectrums of the local market. Perets has pioneered sales success in the Biscayne Corridor with various projects including Ice, Ice2, Ten Museum Park, Ios on the Bay, Marquis, Soleil, Paramount Bay and Midtown Miami – where through strong grass roots pre-sales efforts he was able to sell out the entire 338 unit inventory of Midtown 2 upon launching sales in an impressive 10 hour span. Consecutively in Miami Beach Nir has sold developments such as Vitri, Caribbean, Artecity, South of Five (now Ocean House), Canyon Ranch Living and more. He has been succesful with boutique development as well with developments such as Vilamur 

and Vilasol in North Miami Beach and has also had success in repositioning existing product such as Nirvana on the Bay and Cite. 

His proven leadership, competitive spirit and intuition keep him one step ahead of the evolving market, allowing him to adapt when necessary. 

His expertise is comprehensive, covering the set-up of in-house administrative systems to handle contracts, closings, and customer service; oversight of market research, direct target marketing, execution of collateral materials, and public relations and advertising programs; and the assembly of a refined sales team to fit the profile of the client’s project. He is determined to exceed customer expectations through the passionate delivery of outstanding service. Nir is a licensed real estate salesperson and current member of the National Association of Realtors and Speaks English, Hebrew and Spanish.
